Paul Eiselstein
As the driving force behind our organization, Paul brings extensive expertise across multiple industries—including technology, entrepreneurship, and hands-on project management. His leadership style emphasizes collaboration, adaptability, and a steadfast commitment to guiding the entire team toward success. A seasoned professional with a passion for innovation, Paul ensures every venture is backed by strategic insight and genuine care for clients and colleagues alike.
Bernadette “Adeth” Eiselstein (pronounced "Adette")
Adeth gained invaluable experience working with the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) in the Philippines, where she developed a keen understanding of community growth and sustainability. A natural green thumb, Adeth combines her love of nurturing life—both in the garden and in the home—with her studies to become a caregiver. Known for her motivation and dedication, she brings a compassionate, hands-on approach to everything she does.
Kyle Eiselstein
A budding innovator, Kyle dreams of creating immersive gaming experiences by designing and installing mods for both new and existing titles. With a strong interest in coding, he’s eager to expand his technical skills and transform his passion for gaming into a fulfilling career. Always ready to explore the next big idea, Kyle represents the next generation of creative problem-solvers.

Currently “in the oven,” the newest member of the Eiselstein family is already surrounded by a culture of curiosity, growth, and unwavering support. While still awaiting the big arrival, this future star will join a family dedicated to learning, collaboration, and the continual pursuit of excellence.

Dillan Ladd leads our 29 Palms Family with a background spanning windmill operations, low-voltage technology, federal contracting, inventory management, and much more. Known for his open-mindedness and eagerness to learn, Dillan brings versatility and a hands-on approach to every project. His wealth of experience across diverse industries ensures innovative solutions and a forward-thinking perspective for our clients and partners.

Damon Belleville, once a Marine always a Marine, leads our DHS Family, honed his skills working on F-35 military aircraft as an airframes mechanic. Currently pursuing his A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) certifications, Damon brings discipline, precision, and an unwavering commitment to quality in all technical and aviation-related endeavors. His background in high-stakes military operations informs his meticulous approach and ensures every project runs smoothly.

Isaiah Eiselstein, leads our Rancho Family, is on track to earn his Professional Engineering degree, specializing in mechanical engineering. As the leader of our Rancho Family, Isaiah focuses on designing efficient, reliable, and forward-looking solutions for clients.
